Hello I am Regina, and this is my blog Pandora’s Wonderland.
I am a fourth year undergraduate student living in Maryland. I am about to graduate with a degree in History, a topic that I absolutely love. Another thing I love is food, though honestly sometimes I enjoy cooking more than I do eating.
In 2009 I had Gastric Bypass Surgery and this drastically altered my eating habits and the way I look at food. Not only is the amount of food I can eat restricted but there are also foods that I have difficulties eating-like steak, ground meat (especially beef), fruit and vegetable skins, anything tough and Sugar.
After flailing about for over a year struggling to really find a balance with this new life I have decided to try and really find that balance and in order to help me do this I have created this blog to keep track of things and as a place for me to document my attempts to expand my culinary abilities.
Unless otherwise noted all of the photographs are taken by me. I use a Kodak z981 camera (14MP) and occasionally I use my cell phone’s camera-HTC Evo 4g (8MP). Photos may not be used without my permission.
